Wintergrasp elemental daily drop rate changed to 100%

In addition to the daily PvP quests in wintergrasp there also four elemental gathering daily quests.  Alliance and horde each have their own version.  The name of the quest maybe slightly different but the goal of the quests remain the same. These quests are:

1. A rare Herb, where you gather herb pouches from Steppe of life
2. Bones and Arrows, where you gather Dragonbone arrows in the Forest of Shadows
3. Fueling the Demolishers, where you gather Eternal Ember from Cauldron of Flames.
4. Jinxing the walls, where you gather enchanted alliance breast plates in Glacial falls.

Although in all of these elemental quests you are suppose to kill opposing fraction's player in order to get the item to drop, you can indeed get all the quest items from elemental Mobs in the area.  The drop rate has left a lot to be desired (about 10-13%) which made these quests a pain to do. 

Since the recent patch I have been pleasantly surprised by the fact now all quest items seem drop at 100% from mobs.  First I thought it was a glitch. Now I have completed both Jinxing the walls and Bones and arrows twice in the past couple days I can confirm that the drop rate has indeed been changed.
