This is an extremely rare item in 2008. I remeber reading people would devised complicated calculations and guides to help them obtain him. For me he seem to come out of no where on the first try. Am I really that lucky or did the blizzard up the chance of getting this mini-pet
significantly? I rather believe the later until someone tell me differently.

you sir, are very lucky. I have 5 characters that i cycle through each hour to try and get the mini pet. While it is no longer BOE (or the packages aren't anymore, after the great fisaco of selling picnic baskets last year)I would like to get it. I have not been entirely fruitless, my bank has received a black dress, and i have gotten several picnic baskets, but still no peddle foot.
