I've discovered Icecrown just has a ton of daily quests; the ones in the middle (ground assault, air assault, the goblin jump bot), then the airship ones (3 or so there), then the airplane ones (2 there) plus the DK ebon hold ones (4+ there). These are all easy and take 5 minutes each on average.
I haven't timed it but I imagine I could do the airplane, airship, and assault quests in an hour and get 150 gold or so from the 10 or so quests.
There is also a 5 man grp quest which gives great reward but good luck finding a 5 person group every day.
Since I haven't started icecrown on either of my 80s I will just have to wait until I can experience these.
For now my dailies routine goes something like this:
I start in Dala and do the cooking daily, jump on my fly mount and get to wintergrasp and do elemental daily. Fly east into dragonblights to do the 2 dailies there.
Hearth back into Dala.
The whole cycle will net me about 100-200 gp but takes about 30 minutes.
